Sound familiar?

The money goes.
The questions stay.

01

“We barely
bought anything”

Your banking app shows a number. But it doesn't show what that number means.

02

“Let's talk money
later”

Shared plans get lost between personal spending and awkward conversations.

03

“Someday,
for sure”

You have a dream. But the path from wanting it to making it happen is still full of unknowns.

What if it's not about willpower? What if you just need to see the whole picture?

One simple action

Your receipt has
more to tell.

More than “spent at the store”. What you bought. Who it was for. Which budget it came from. That's where real clarity begins.

What you want matters.

Your coffee isn't
the enemy of your dreams.

01

A shared view for both of you

Family budgets, spending and goals in one picture. Less guessing, more understanding.

02

Personal stays personal

Personal purchases don't become a report to your partner. Sharing rules are explicit.

03

You can start on your own

Understand your own money first. Invite someone close when you're ready.

Small details.
A big difference.

No need to start over

Correct a category, and your rule helps with the next entries.

End the day at ease

The evening review helps you remember what matters. You can postpone it or skip it.

Live across currencies

Track money in the currencies you use. The bigger picture doesn't stop at a border.

Come back without guilt

Missing a day doesn't erase your progress. Carry on from where you are now.

Capture and refine — with less effort
  • Income and expenses. By hand, by voice, from a receipt, or by repeating a saved entry.
  • Recurring payments. Scheduled entries and system automations you've set up yourself.
  • Edit at any time. Category, who it's for, budget, place and notes — for an entry or a single item.
  • Completeness without pressure. The evening review helps you fill in the day whenever it suits you.
  • Personal rules. Your corrections help categorize future purchases.
  • Receipt items. Match the same products and compare prices between purchases.
Understand and choose — at your pace
  • Period overview. Spending by category, person and budget, recurring patterns and unusual changes.
  • Insights when the data is ready. See what a conclusion is based on and what information is still missing.
  • The cost of a habit. See how everyday decisions relate to your goal.
  • A pause before buying. A wish list and time to decide if you still want it.
  • A look back after buying. Come back to a purchase and consider how much you needed it.
  • One next step. Accept a suggestion, save it for later, or decline it.
Plan together — with room for privacy
  • Money in context. Shared and personal wallets, budgets and limits.
  • Personal and shared goals. Savings pots, progress, your current pace and ways to reach your goal.
  • Clear family rules. Members, roles and data visibility settings.
  • WantCan Kids. Pocket money, wishes, goals and safe ways to earn within the family.

What else matters

Good
questions.

Is this just another expense tracker?

Tracking is just the beginning. WantCan connects purchases with habits, people, budgets and goals. The point is to understand what's happening and choose your next step.

Can I use it on my own?

Yes. The product is designed to be useful for one person. Shared budgets and goals come into play when you choose to invite someone close.

Will my partner see all my purchases?

In the product concept, personal money is shared with your partner as a total by default, not a list of purchases. Each owner sets the visibility rules for their own data.

Will I have to give up my favourite coffee?

That's up to you. WantCan helps you see the scale of your spending and how it relates to your goals. You can keep a habit, change something else, or change nothing.

Can I download the app yet?

For now, this page lets you try interactive examples and explore the product's direction. Store links will appear once the launch is confirmed.

How much will WantCan cost?

WantCan is planned as a paid product. Terms, pricing and trial access will be announced at launch. The demo on this page is free and requires no sign-up.

Your life is more than any number

From “I want”
to “I can”.
